Why do you want to be a member of the Event Team?(100-word minimum): I want to become an event staff member to assist the server, build more RP, and help with anything UA needs for the server. I have seen many a time servers go under due to a lack of RP. When RP dies, toxicity starts to bleed further into OOC, and people start leaving. This server is unique in that you need to make events for both the RP bobs and PVP guppies. Seeing the current state of events on this server, only one has been hosted by players; nonetheless, I am here to help you get your footing and get the RP rolling. I have been playing Fallout RP since late 2022, so I have a good grasp on what players want to see from events, along with how to run smaller-scale passive RP. I've also always wanted to be event staff on this style of server, as I believe it has the most room for events and can be the most rewarding for players who choose to attend them.

What Skills/Attributes do you bring to the table? I bring my wealth of experience from many settings, writing and building skills, and my activity and willingness to help the server whenever I am on.
How old are you?: 16
What are your past bans on the Server (if any): I have a 1-day ban for LTARP, which I apologize for dearly. I was not having a good day and didn't want to continue with the mugging.
Briefly describe a possible event you would like to host on the server:
I would likely host a mid-sized PVE / RP Event where an old RobCO Facility is reopened. I would send a few /events in-game with things such as "A cloud of dust begins to shoot out from somewhere? (Do /me's to find the entrance). I would then answer the /me's with hints such as "Footprints can be seen heading from the north in the dust" and pieces of environmental storytelling like bodies or dust-covered surfaces. It would then lead them to a cave entrance where they would enter the facility. Inside, they would face some NPC enemies, mostly robots and turrets, whilst a ghoul speaks over the intercom. Once they reach the control center, they would be able to kill the man outright for a lessened reward, leave him there, which could net a mid-range reward, or pass a few speech checks or find sentimental islands to make him stand down and give you the greatest reward. My reward system goes as follows: Low tier, shitty weapons / chems / aid, these are often used if no RP is given or they kill essential characters: Mid tier rewards are decent weapons / higher rarity weapons / RP items for research: High tier rewards are good weapons, low tier mid ends / mid mid ends, or better items to be used for research
