Add NCR's armors that being

-rangers sets (all of them)

-Officer armor (in general we need atleast 1 set)

- berets (recon and officer we have neither)

- FL armor (I dont have a set)

How does this benefit the server?

it only hurts the faction with 110 people on the bare necessities

Nearly every requested Armor has been added, aside from the additional NCR Ranger sets.

If you could inform us which specific ones you would like added, that would be helpful.
