Jeffery has spent the majority of his life as a gun for hire. Though the work wasn't much fulfilling on a moral level, his pockets were often full and the experience he had gained made him valuable. Jeffery became very skilled with ballistic weapons, heavier ones particularly. He never really knew what a family was, having grown up in the ranks of various mercenary groups, and often considered those whom he would travel and operate with to be such. The wasteland changed around him however. and the smaller mercenary businesses slowly became obsolete as larger groups established themselves throughout the wasteland. Jeffery would soon find himself seeking out the Enclave, hoping for steady pay and the chance to make a name for himself among their ranks.

His father and grandfather both served as front-line soldiers, instilling in him a strict adherence to order, duty, and the Enclave’s vision of rebuilding America. Raised on base and trained in both traditional firearms and energy weapon tactics, Colt developed a sharp understanding of battlefield coordination and survival in hostile environments. His years of service within the Chicago Enclave’s infantry division earned him commendations for discipline and marksmanship, as well as experience in counter-mutant operations and pre-War site reclamation.

Daniel Reeve wasn’t born into glory — he was born in a steel corridor three miles beneath the Appalachian wastes, where air filters hummed louder than lullabies. His parents were maintenance workers for the Enclave’s life-support systems, and his childhood was filled with stories of the old America — the pure one, before the bombs.
From the moment he could hold a rifle, Daniel was trained for service. His life was routine: drills, maintenance duty, weapon checks, propaganda broadcasts, sleep, repeat. He didn’t question it; he didn’t need to. The Enclave told him what mattered — that the surface was filled with filth and corruption, and that his purpose was to take it back.
When he was deployed topside, Daniel finally saw the world he’d been told about — the rust, the radiation, the “mutants” who laughed and cried like people. But he didn’t flinch. Orders were orders, and hesitation got soldiers killed. He carried out raids, secured tech caches, and kept his uniform spotless even in the mud.
The years changed him, though. He’s quieter now — not doubtful, just weary. He’s seen too many brothers-in-arms die for a cause that always seems just one victory away from salvation. But when he’s asked why he still serves, his answer is simple:

Josiah Smith was born into the enclave after the group had turned into remnants, he spent many years learning from them and getting trained on combat scenarios and how to fight for his country. At a early age Josiah found a passion for research and development which he pursed in the enclave as a potential researcher prospect. He was allowed to join a school inside of the base camp that catered to those who shown insight into the inner workings of science and weapon development and which was needed due to many of the researchers being killed on the oil rig. He has currently been serving 3 years in the enclave after graduating from the specialized school.
