Why should you be un-banned?: There is no rule that says you can't go AFK in your base the only rules that mention AFK is 3.2 Rules of FearRP with "Spawn camping (they can, however, be FearRP’d if they are doing anything in spawn other than being AFK, but do NOT camp)" and 3.5 Rules of Mugging "❌ You cannot mug AFK players in their spawn or new players (level 10 or less)." Aswell as no warning that this was going to be the case at any point prior leading up to the ban.

+1, cannot ban someone for something that is not highlighted in the rules. The ban is exaggerated and a kick is what should be the appropriate punishment

Why is my client being given such a harsh ban for minor offenses? From what info has been provided to me, he was banned for the following reasons: (AFKing, NITRP, FailRP). I will break down each of the reasons and argue why my client should be unbanned.

1. AFKing: I would like to open my case with the big one, AFKing is listed nowhere in the rulebook, and doesn't break any rules that are set up in the current server rulebook. Could you imagine forgetting to F1 on a core faction character and getting banned for 3 days because of it? Sounds absolutely unreasonable, right? There are two mentions of AFKing in the rulebook, and both could arguably protect my client further! The two being "Spawn camping (they can, however, be FearRP’d if they are doing anything in spawn other than being AFK, but do NOT camp)" & "You cannot mug AFK players in their spawn or new players (level 10 or less)." Arguably, my client simply sat down to prevent himself from being AFK mugged, as we have all done before. If you say you haven't, you're lying, and you need to be more honest in life. It's a simple thing that every FalloutRP player has done before! Are we going to start dishing out bans to everyone who does this? My client has broken any STATED rules provided to the public playerbase in the rulebook, so why is he being banned for such an excessive amount of time for such simple reasons?

2. NITRP: My argument for this is that this punishment was stacked atop the other for the reason of (from what we believe) him sitting in front of the Legion's high tents. preventing him from being AFK mugged. How does this prove him not have the intention to roleplay? I have spoken to my client many times in an IC manner, and we have engaged in very entertaining and productive roleplay. NITRP is such an "iffy" warn reason with barely any backing whatsoever, and it could be argued that anyone trying to AFK mug him would be extremely toxic! With this, I believe this charge should be dropped

3. FailRP: FailRP (as stated by the rule book) is stated to be "Behaving in a way that breaks the immersion of the Fallout universe.", How exactly is a legion member, sitting in the safety of his base, FailRP? This breaks no immersion whatsoever and is just another slop charge stacked atop other unnecessary charges without reason! My client had no intention of FailRPing, and last I checked, plenty of Fallout characters have been seen sitting down. Why can't my client be one of those? This charge is entirely unnecessary and should be dropped ASAP.

there is a new system in place to prevent this as myself I see this as exploitingin some ways I get where your coming from but I highly recommend not continuing down that route or trying to find loopholes around it.
