What do you want to be changed?
House's Monorail, instead of being connected to NCR, will now be connected to Nipton. It will provide either a 1 way (Strip > Nipton) or go both ways.
House would be able to charge fees for the Monorail use.
Explanation of the suggestion?
The Monorail, through the boring and work of Construction Securitrons (along with caps spent on this) would allow a connection to be made so that folks who wish to travel to The Strip would have a way to do so without the connection being exclusive to any other affiliated faction. House would be able to charge one time or monthly pass fees to folks in the wasteland who wish to access this service.
How or why does this benefit the server?
Having the Monorail be connected to NCR would not be well aligned with a neutral-facing House Industries and would overall provide an unfair advantage to other factions, along with a forced alliance to each other. Allowing the Monorail to be deployed to another town would help provide a way for House Industries to encourage folks to come to the Strip to gamble and as well as provide a transport option for folks who wish to move throughout the map quickly but at a costly fee.
Are there any workshop add-ons or content needed for this suggestion?
