Please describe the incident: The Legion handmaiden was in cuffs and under fearrped then they proceeded to use their radio and then after Tontoe on his legion runs over to her rescue as a staff member who should know the rules. He then fails to save them and says "Okay, Hostile it is after he is already dead."
