What were you banned for?: (What did you do?) Pedophilia Jokes, I branded a guy with "A beautifully drawn portrait of infamous centurion Julius "Vendetta" Maximus is tattooed across his back" (I was told by riley that the brand could be removed without scars as it was a tattoo, not a carving or anything of that sort so i knew it would be extremely harmless and removed with ease)

Please provide any evidence you have regarding the incident that led up to your ban: I wasnt online at the time of ban, but the way it went is that i had kidnapped a BOS with a assisting mutant (Who i'm hoping hasnt been banned as he had nothing to do with the brand i did), taken him into a building in freeside and branded him with the stated brand. Staff accepted the brand without issue or anything of the sort so i thought it was perfectly fine.

Why should you be un-banned?: As I said staff accepted the brand so i thought it was harmless, if i had known and was denied the brand I would have been completely understanding and accepted the reasoning, as it is fair nonetheless. I have no prior bans or warns on Phoenix or divide and personally would like to keep my clean record unstained by something that sounds so horrible for something that harmless. I'm not asking to be outright unbanned as the reasoning is fair, im just asking for it to be reduced as staff didnt inform me whatsoever that my brand was unacceptable and that it was accepted with no issue whatsoever.

I had to be informed many hours after the fact who this 'Julius "Vendetta" Maximus' was and what he did. Had I known who he was at the time of the brand being created, I would have not immediately denied the request and given you a warning. Pedophilia accusations, jokes, and, in general, talking about known pedophiles in the Garry's Mod sphere (including those who were or are actively in the FalloutRP community) is something that is absolutely, 100% non-tolerable by Staff in Project Phoenix.

As I was in a VC with some members of Management at the end, I told them my intentions of giving you a 3-Day Ban, which did not receive any verbal rejections.

I will pass the Ban Appeal along to the rest of Staff for them to decide, but I believe I should remain indifferent and not cast a vote.

I honestly thought you did know, that's my mistake and I apologize if it caused any issues for you staff wise. but if it would've been a warning as you said, why was it upped to a ban?

+1 please forgive him, he is a cheeky man but he would never be toxic; ive known chompa all my life. Back in our elementery days, we used to count the alphabet together (starting with A and ending with Z). In Middle School, he stook up for the school "chud" or modern day incel and helped him lift weights and reform. In High School, he helped me after I was assaulted and my foreskin was forcibly removed by . He is a good man and chompa truly means no harm, his heart is full of love but also of LOL (laugh out loud) silliness.
