buff the mugging amount from 500 to something that matches the economy

with the way its currently set up the amount you mug is worth literally nothing, youre mugging low eco amounts in a high eco. you could sell 3-4 frames/blueprints and get all of the money back instantly
How or why does this benefit the server?
mugging will actually be worth the PK reason you gain, and you'll want to PK the person even more since you actually lost a decent amount.
