Question 9.) What is your characters background and how did they join the Legion
Titus lived in Vegas for several years, watching House monitoring his beloved Strip. He saw the fights for said city, how NCR, Unity or other factions such as Enclave remnants tried their everything to take control of it, he laughed at them. Vegas was presented as an "oasis in the desert" by almost everyone, but truth be told, they just wanted a piece of it. 

Factions trying to recreate pre-war america, following a model that had failed the World long ago, fighting for each little bit of technology while higher-ranks just watched lazy from far...disgusting. In the Legion, he saw salvation ! Might from an even more ancient empire, Caesar leading his men to victory, vainquishing troops with Power Armors and robots with basic strenght and tactics ! He would be the one who would bring back peace in that World...and Titus wouldn't let the occasion to serve under such a great man slip away.
