I had to be informed many hours after the fact who this 'Julius "Vendetta" Maximus' was and what he did. Had I known who he was at the time of the brand being created, I would have not immediately denied the request and given you a warning. Pedophilia accusations, jokes, and, in general, talking about known pedophiles in the Garry's Mod sphere (including those who were or are actively in the FalloutRP community) is something that is absolutely, 100% non-tolerable by Staff in Project Phoenix.
As I was in a VC with some members of Management at the end, I told them my intentions of giving you a 3-Day Ban, which did not receive any verbal rejections.
I will pass the Ban Appeal along to the rest of Staff for them to decide, but I believe I should remain indifferent and not cast a vote.
I honestly thought you did know, that's my mistake and I apologize if it caused any issues for you staff wise. but if it would've been a warning as you said, why was it upped to a ban?
