What do you want to be changed?
Be able to sell rarities to CC, and trade up bench.
Explanation of suggestion?
Selling Rarities:
Be able to sell weapons regardless of rarity to CC for the same price.
For example an uncommon or rare sniper rifle would be sold for the same price to CC. (Basically same as it was on Divide).
Trade Up Bench
Basically same as CGC & Divide)
Be able to trade up weapons in order to increase the rarity cap the ability to trade up at Superior to avoid the trade up bench being too powerful.
How or why does this benefit the server?
Selling Rarities: Being able to sell weapons regardless of their rarity for a flat price will allow for new players and existing players to actually gain something from crafting weapons. Obviously the fixing of rarities has further emboldened crafting, but crafting a common or uncommon weapon often just ends up going into the trash and serves of no use but a waste of a frame and materials. Allowing the player to sell weapons for a flat price will allow people to actually have use for weapons they may find in crates or while looting or for undesirable crafts. This will also help players who are in waster groups and allow them to make more money.
Trade Up-Bench: Same logic applies here being able to trade up weapons will incentivize not only keeping weapons but allowing wasters the ability to keep up with factions who cannot access weapons in their F1 menu. It also incentivizes people to keep weapons in their stash and also players to be able to build craft more with weapons that would not usually be used unless they were crafted. Capping it at superior prevents this from being too overpowered. It also allows for funny/opportunistic investments in late-game server by allowing people to potentially trade up no-rarity high ends. Of course you would be trading upwards to 4-6 of your high ends in order to get a slightly better high-end but for late-game/prolonged periods of the server it would serve as entertainment being able to use these weapons.
(How or why will this benefit the server as a whole?
As stated earlier this not only benefits factions but players in waster-groups allowing them ways to make cash and being able to use shoddy crafts for good use.
