Josiah Smith was born into the enclave after the group had turned into remnants, he spent many years learning from them and getting trained on combat scenarios and how to fight for his country. At a early age Josiah found a passion for research and development which he pursed in the enclave as a potential researcher prospect. He was allowed to join a school inside of the base camp that catered to those who shown insight into the inner workings of science and weapon development and which was needed due to many of the researchers being killed on the oil rig. He has currently been serving 3 years in the enclave after graduating from the specialized school.
