Background Profile: Jerald Clay was born on September 15 in New Vegas. Clay's a prideful man with immoral ambitions formed during his late teens. Jerald Clay has no medical issues other than inattentive ADHD. To try and lessen his symptoms, Clay takes various medications to try and treat his condition (all prescribed, of course). During his late teens, Clay met a group of questionable individuals. Over time, this group would help form Clay’s beliefs, ambitions, and ideology. Despite his selfish desires, Clay only wants to place a vote for victory.
