How did you end up hired by the Van Graffs: Cassidy Vance was a regular young woman who lived in freeside making makeshift weapons, as she gained more knowledge with disassembling and reassembling weaponry, she kept scouring the wastes for more guns that were tossed or no longer used, this increased her experience with gunmaking, she then figured out how to smith guns from basica materials (E.G. wood, plastic, adhesive, etc.) this made her into a valuable asset for the Van Graffs with how much she knew about gunsmithing, making her skilled in the field.

I become a full employee of the Silver Rush, that I will follow the rules set forth by the Van Graffs and that any action taken breaking the rules of the Van Graffs or to end this contract improperly will result in my employment termination.
