Jeffery has spent the majority of his life as a gun for hire. Though the work wasn't much fulfilling on a moral level, his pockets were often full and the experience he had gained made him valuable. Jeffery became very skilled with ballistic weapons, heavier ones particularly. He never really knew what a family was, having grown up in the ranks of various mercenary groups, and often considered those whom he would travel and operate with to be such. The wasteland changed around him however. and the smaller mercenary businesses slowly became obsolete as larger groups established themselves throughout the wasteland. Jeffery would soon find himself seeking out the Enclave, hoping for steady pay and the chance to make a name for himself among their ranks.

Reason for interest: I feel like the Enclave would be the best fit for my time, because people I don’t like don’t play Enclave. Plus I feel like the aesthetic is cool, and I want to also have something to do with my caps. Because I spend so much time grinding on the mod.
