Tullus was born in the Blackfoot after the arrival of Caesar when he lead his people into conquerors of the wasteland. There was hardship in his early life, intense training throughout his life, he was conscripted in Caesar's Legion and fought his first battle at the age of 15, hungry for power and direction in a post-apocalyptic America. He fought with his fantastic combat skills and his undying loyalty to Caesar.
