Why do you want to join BOS: My OOC reason is that I already have an established initiate character in the brotherhood of steel, and wish to go that extra step to reinforce roleplay and provide a good basis for compelling storytelling on this character. I also never really played as BoS in my previous time with falloutrp.
Chapter Interests (Knights, Paladins, or Scribes): Scribe or Knight, I haven't fully decided yet.
Character Background:. Joanna Pitzdel is an initiate that was born to a Scribe father and a mother who carried the sigil of Steel on her breastplate unto battle. This gave her a love for the sciences, history, and all weaponry borne of energy. Her mother instilled in her a strict devotion to the Brotherhood as a family and ideals of her home chapter of Lost Hills, while her father was a gentle guiding hand in her empathy, compassion, curiosity and a love for the intricacies of technology and circuitry. As a child, she excelled in her studies and was noted as being brilliant by her instructors in the fields of Chemistry, Arithmetic, History and Biology. Joanna was a child enthralled with paper, pencil, torn scraps used as makeshift bookmarkers and the occasional Pre-War magazine brought back to her from the surface.
Gradually, as she grew up into a young woman, she was selected as one of many young Initiates to be sent to a new frontier, and drafted into the Mojave chapter. Joanna was, on one hand, excited to be one of the chosen sent to a new, unexplored land certainly filled with strange and powerful technology alien to Lost Hills. On the other. . . She would have to leave everyone and everything she knew. After a tearful goodbye from her parents, gifting her a small talisman of Steel, to protect her in her voyage.
Joanna now ventures into the Mojave, cautious of this brave new world, while still remaining the inquisitive person that Lost Hills remembered her as.

Backstory: Joanna Pitzdel is a young, quiet and shy woman who has known nothing but the Brotherhood all her life, utterly naive to the cruel reality of the wastes in many ways She is skittish, and often takes a moment to compose her thoughts before speaking. A reserved and quiet spirit, that has the health of her brothers and sisters as her top priority.

Scenario Questions:
The Sentinel of the Brotherhood has ordered you to assist him in the killing of a Paladin, he has told you they have broken the Codex and needs you to do it right now. What would you do?
I would respectfully refuse the offer and request for a second opinion on the matter before succumbing to the Sentinel’s pressure. The idea of killing another member of the brotherhood appalls me to think of.
The BOS encounters a ghoul on their patrol that is a part of the NCR, the BOS is currently Neutral with NCR but your Knight SGT feels compelled to take action, what do you do?
I would, with a preface that it is only my advice as to a fellow brother, to exercise caution. We are in a foreign land with little support, and we must take care to only take risks that are absolutely needed. If there was a chance, I would radio a higher up about what to do with the abomination.
The Elder has come into possession of a nuke and wants to use it for a war, what do you do?
I would say nothing as it is not my place to speak back to an Elder of a Brotherhood of Steel chapter. If there was an option to say something, or if the said Elder asked for feedback, I would vehemently oppose using the nuke, as that accursed technology is what bathed the world in hellfire for the first time. We would be ashamed to repeat the mistakes of our forefathers.
