Background Profile: Frank Xau Wang was originally a member of an east-coast expedition named "Project Norad" The goal of this project was to explore an abandoned facility that would supposedly hold long forgotten information that would be utilized for research purposes.
The Expedition itself, whilst successful, happened to have an extremely high casualty rate with Frank Xau Wang being amongst one of the few survivors due to the facility almost collapsing in on itself with it getting bad enough to where he had to kill someone with a american flagpole.
Nevertheless, Frank Xau Wáng managed to reach a enclave outpost and was reassigned to the west coast, still hauling the data from Project Norad.
