Why do you want to be a staff member?(100 word minimum):
Currently as it stands the imbalance of staff to player ratio is quite large. There are 30 players for every 1 staff and multiple people have stated that dozens of tickets go untaken and issues go unresolved. Sometimes this happens during peak hours which is insane. Also the current transparency between staff and the playerbase is slim to none. Players don't know much if at all anything that staff are doing and they grow frustrated because they believe their issues are going unheard to them. Right now what this server needs is to bring more transparency to the player base and actually show and tell the players what the staff are doing and that they are being heard of when they go about their issues.
Now as it stands being transparent doesn't happen overnight it happens little by little may that be just some random staff member saying that the staff are working on a problem in OOC or discord or just them straight up saying to the player base we hear you and we are working on it while providing examples on how they are working on it. I think everyone knows that issues do take a while to fix even if you have a lot of staff and I am offering my help via my thoughts on a situation and my solutions to problems.

What Skills/Attributes do you bring to the table?:
When it comes to skills I am able to make educated decisions while under pressure extremely easily, it comes second nature to me. I bring a fresh mindset into the staff team and server as I am a new player to the fallout gamemode and I believe a new fresh mindset is needed for a community to thrive.

Need double the people to kidnap ie 2-1 4-2
3 + on ambushes for either side
