Arthur Vale grew up in Vault 91, the son of a security officer and a firm believer in order. From a young age, he looked up to the people who kept the Vault safe and knew he wanted to be one of them. He spent his early years learning how to handle weapons, follow containment procedures, and keep a cool head under pressure. When a containment breach hit at 16, Arthur didn’t run — he helped hold the line until backup arrived. He didn’t ask for recognition, but the senior staff took notice. To Arthur, the Vault isn’t just home — it’s all that’s left of the world that matters. He doesn’t speak much, but when he does, it’s clear: his loyalty lies with the Vault, and he’ll do whatever it takes to protect it.
