As you approach your recruiters desk, it occurs to you: Nothing permanent has happened yet. 
You can still walk away with no consequences. I mean, what has the Bear done for you? 
The recruiter glares at you, as if he could read your mind and was disgusted by your cowardice. 

You step forward. 
"Alright son, we're only taking applications for a new expedition eastbound through the Mojave Desert. If you apply for garrison duty in Dayglow, do be aware you'll still be shipped to the Mojave."
He taps the paper in front of him

"Don't waste your time reading this thing. No bonuses on enlistment unless you've got a shooting cert, it's a 4 year contract, and there's some filler questions for the nerds."
He pushes it forwards, and you skim the paper:

* You notice a group of homeless strangers siphoning water from a pump attached to a NCR outpost. How do you handle them?

* You notice a suspicious looking Private is following the COL very closely. Do you investigate?

* If you were walking past a bunker and a suspicious man dressed in a suit of iron attempted to invite you inside, what would you do?
