Why do you want to be a staff member?(100 word minimum): [i]I notice a lack of events taking place. I have previous staff experience in GMing, and I believe that if there were interesting events every Friday or weekend with continuous lore, we could boost player activity. I've played the previous server networks that hosted Fallout RP's and I believe that a boost of replay factors and a way to hook new players is in order. For example , let's say a new player joins during an event; there is a higher chance they will play again because of an interesting and inclusive event. I want to help boost player activity and new players coming in. I know that the server is growing on TikTok and not growing in the player base, there needs to be a way to show players that this is an interesting server and a server they will want to play. I want to bring back the old player numbers that the previous servers had. Personally, to me, it's sad to see such a devoted player base playing, and with only 30 active players, we need a way to increase the player count, and I believe we can do that by increasing player experiences through events.

Briefly describe a possible event you would like to host on the server: [i]I would have a "Mysterious broadcast" happen outside Freeside, either through announcements or other systems. I would send factions on a scavenger hunt to find the location of a laboratory. PvP and Kidnapping will be permitted to players to either hinder the progress of other factions or acquire information from other factions. Once the laboratory is found factions would PvP for 30 minutes for control of the laboratory, there the faction that winds could be rewarded with items or in other ways. Obviously, I would add more lore, this will create more tension between factions beside just lore tension. I believe this will help players want to come back and get revenge, helping to create more replay factors between players.[/i]
