Leviticus Goldstriker is a priest from vault 94. He narrowly escaped the night a town near his peaceful vault attacked, killing almost everyone inside. He had traveled west for months before noticing people in vault suits, looting the ruins of an old tool shop. He made himself known and was told to follow them back to their vault.

Enough Radaway to wander the glowing sea for a week, then surgery at the auto-doc, should do the trick.
