* Social Security Number: 144527532

* DOB(Date of Birth): 11/5/2255

* Requested Assignment(Location,Division,Job): Mojave, Infantry - Rangers eventually, Combat Medic, Sharpshooter

* Diagnosed Mental or Physical Conditions: No "diagnosed" conditions

* Do you, or a loved one, qualify for Disability or Assisted Aid?: No

* Have you served before?: Yes (CGC NCO, Divide JNCO, Surge NCR Ranger Commander)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OPTIONAL QUESTIONS: ANSWERS MAY RESULT IN VARIED RANK.
* You notice a group of homeless strangers siphoning water from a pump attached to a NCR outpost. How do you handle them?
I would confront the individuals with a fellow squad of NCR troopers to make them identify themselves and their place of residence and talk to them about possibly going to the nearest NCR town and requesting to work for food, clean water, and their citizenship. Then I would warn them about the consequences of being caught again, depending on available resources they would be captured and turned into NCR Military Police to serve out their sentences in a just and moral way, but if we lack the resources we would treat them like any other thieving or raider scum and execute them, dig a large grave for the group, cover their bodies in lime, and bury them all. Taking resources from a NCR outpost puts the lives of the troopers stationed there at risk, and if they had the ability to take water they certainly have the ability to poison the outposts water supply. The NCR Engineer squad stationed at the outpost would be ordered to conduct water purity tests to ensure the water supply wasn't tainted. The wasteland is a terrible place, and the NCR holds the means to make it far less terrible. The wasteland population has the ability to be put to use and live to make the NCR truly great, but if our kindness is taken advantage of, our vengeance can be swift.

* You notice a suspicious looking Private is following the COL very closely. Do you investigate?
I would investigate, and inform the Military Police. Depending on my rank and role in the unit I would either tail him myself and investigate, or inform NCR Rangers about my concerns. The Frumentarii and other enemies of the NCR are cunning, and can not be underestimated.

* What does an Ideal Mojave look like to you?
A state owned entirely by the NCR, where all of the materials and resources of the Mojave are utilized to provide food, power, and water to the rest of the NCR. No crime, no raiders, and more importantly, a land rid of foreign actors (that being Legion scum, and Brotherhood remnants). The Mojave will be turned into a fortress for those in need, and a relic to be used to fortify our nations production base and assist in the reconstruction of the newly occupied lands now claimed by the NCR. The Mojave isn't the last hope for the NCR by any means, but its occupation will lead to the creation of a new prosperous age for the NCR.

* If you were walking past a bunker and a suspicious man dressed in a suit of iron attempted to invite you inside, what would you do?
I would report to my superiors the location of the bunker, before doing anything else. Then proceed with caution with back-up ready to move when I key up on the microphone of my radio. I would also conceal NCR gas grenades beneath my coat and a gas mask concealed in my pack to attempt to take as many of them as possible with me if they turned out to be filthy members of the brotherhood of steel. Their state of the art ventilation systems wont protect them from the harmful gasses of the outside if I bring them all INSIDE. I would then sabotage the bunkers filtration system and fill the bunker full of toxic gas by throwing the grenades wherever looks the most damaging.

* Does being a NCR citizen make you worth more than a Wastelander?
Yes, being a citizen of the NCR makes myself more valuable of an asset for the NCR but only because it gives the means to give back to my nation and to get rid of the deplorables of the wasteland. Wastelanders are still people by all means, and all life is sacred. But the needs of regular, taxpaying, NCR Citizens ALWAYS come first. My ability to fight for a cause greater than myself, and to sacrifice my life to protect the innocent makes me more valuable in the eyes of our great Republic.

Accepted. Contact Crabcer or .Torr._ for instructions going forward.
