1. The Brotherhood using Archimedes to contact Zetans was a joke, and saying that I “proceeded” with the event is a lie. I never brought it up again, and I clarified immediately that I was joking. You will not be able to provide one iota of evidence that I did this.
   
2. Never power promoted anybody, so this is also a lie. Please kindly go into the promotion logs and tell me who I power promoted and when, or when I promoted anybody unduly at all.
   
3. I never said “I might as well be Elder, I’m basically doing all the work anyways.” Those words literally never came out of my mouth. In fact, on numerous occasions I have said how much I understand Doug not being active because he has real responsibilities. My comments you are referring to were in regards to the lack of roleplay direction or intention that was given by HC to the faction as a whole. If you want to dispute this, fine, but do not lie and say that I was besmirching Doug as a person. In fact, I told Doug directly to his face (in-game) that the circumstances of his eldership served to our mutual benefit and that I did not mind doing a lot of the heavy lifting for him.
   
4. Doug, to my knowledge, never said that praise of Father Elijah was deemed as treasonous. Nowhere was this announced, and I had no idea that this was ever said. The announcement doug made following my PK seems to contradict this. It is attached.
   
5. Doug was literally present for the legion talks that you say transpired, and so was Hunter lmfao. This is just wrong and dumb. My initial overture to the Legion was backed by the HC, and they (alongside the Legate) met to approve them.
   
6. Your “informant” who alleges that I wrote the document actually wrote the document himself. This was a serious mistake to post. I had let it go, because it was silly, but the proof that Cam wrote the document himself is readily available and I am happy to post it upon request. There are multiple people who possess this evidence who are in your circle, so either your people hung you out to dry here, or you are lying again. 
   
7. I, as High Command, have the right to talk amicably with other factions about the idea of relations unless explicitly said that it is not permitted. I did not do anything that I was not permitted to do in the case of the MEF. No relations were changed. The screenshot you provided demonstrates me being a good subordinate and informing my superior that I did not violate his ideals about where we stand in relation to the MEF, but actually put him in a position to normalize relations with them at his discretion if he ever changes his mind. You did not attempt to tell me in game at this point that I was acting out of line.
   
8. I won’t deny that I was “posturing” against the Lost Hills factional sentiment, thats just part of the roleplay. I like internal faction disagreement. However, to characterize it in a way that makes it seem that I was being rude to Doug on a regular basis (or really even ever) is dumb. I like Doug, but I also like to make shit interesting lol.
   
9. I have it on good authority that this “documentation” you assembled was performed well after the PK occurred, and you have basically compiled all of this to justify your PK ex post facto. The evidence has been forwarded to management. 
   
10. Jacob also did not “approve the pk” as you put it. I chalk this up to a simple miscommunication. 
    

I don’t even care to further argue all of the mechanical reasons why I should be unpk’ed. I’ve exhausted all of that. I was very happy to let this conflict be decided through RP and combat, but since you’ve taken to the forums and attempted to lie on my name on an OOC basis, this becomes a different matter entirely.
