What do you want changed?: Remove the ability to initiate a conversation with a 5 second warning.
When do I want it?: Now

Explain: One of the biggest obstacles to roleplay as a individual waster or faction member is that when you're wandering around, if someone who doesn't like you can't kidnap you, they hit their 5 second bind. It causes constant RDM sits, feels incredibly robotic and barely like roleplay, and makes diverse towns hard to maintain. I'd be fine with getting shot by a random guy if he did even 30 seconds of roleplay to escalate the situation naturally vs bind "n" /y "5 SECONDS TO LEAVE THE AREA OR DIE.". It sucks and I dun like it. And if you're a core holding a town, kidnapping is right there- you don't need to spam your 5 second bind at a solo legionary who wandered into town.

How or why does this benefit the server: more roleplay, less binds
