Backstory: Harold Stultus comes from the Alamo Chapter, A splinter group of the Texan Brotherhood that broke of due to their recruitment of Mutants, Internal Conflict, and basically them Focusing more on the people that their mission. He and 999 more were Recalled to the Lost Hills Brotherhood after their victory over the Robots of Santa Anna or the "Ejército Mexicano" he REALLY hates robots.

Answer: NCO's aren't allowed to break relations, I would tell him to calm down and not do it. If he does it then im going to have to report it.
