Exact time this incident happened?: Yesterday around 6 PM and Today at around 4:30
Please describe the incident: The first incident yesterday revolved around me wearing the Desperado outfit with a 1st Recon Beret in a raid against Unity. Unity called staff riley she flew over told me to not to use it in raids, so I proceeded to solo assist from inside of NCR base wearing the armor no further issues happened. Then a few hours later we were patroling as NCR when enclave called a raid on us, I was still in desperado armor so I didn't start fighting until an Enclave member shot me regardless of me not in faction armor at which point i mowed him down and then put my gun back down and started to just walk around, 2-3 minutes later i was chasing a mutant with my gun down just distracting him so NCR could shoot him when the Major of the NCR said "STAFF MEMBERS CLOAKED ON ME THIS GUY IS ASSISTING IN THE RAID GET EM!" in a very obviously joking manner when staff riley pulled me up insisting i was fighting in a raid I wasnt fighting in. I lost the sit and got banned for 1 day, which after showing the evidence to a Management they removed my ban and I didn't bother to staff report it.
Second situation happening today, NCR VS Unity raid where Unity was holding us into our main compound I was once again in Desperado armor since I wasn't planning on fighting in the raid but they kept on shooting me trying to leave so i started solo assisting in the Desperado armor. We eventually cleared out base, I cleared out the people on our rocks jumped backwards into NCR base and changed into NCR armor and started shooting unity outside the base IN ARMOR. She then threatened in OOC to kick me if I shot outside the base again, I called her stupid and kept fighting. I then jump off spawn building, kill a mutant. Then she freezes me in place so the mutants can shoot me and kill me. I confronted her in OOC called her worse then shroomie and she said something along the lines of "I can just leave and not fix the server ?" i tell her to do it and she leaves.
