Please clarify the type of event this will be:
[ Faction ] - Faction Exclusive; Only for a specific faction.
[ World ] - For everyone, it's a public event.
[ Character ] - Special Event tied to one of your characters (Information Below*)
[ Special ] - "DLC" Related Event (Something that takes place in a different location: TV Town, Wyoming, Sierra Madre, etc.)
For "Character" Events:
These are to be treated in a similar fashion to player perks/research. You MUST provide sufficient evidence to dictate why you want said event for your character's arc. Perks, Research Projects, Screenshots, Anything to convince Event Team that you've RP'ly earned it.
Understand that "Character" Events will be ran through Event Team Lead and Staff Council.
(Just so you don't get to cheat and freely become a "Synth" or "Mutant").
