Background
Was Previously employed in the Silver Rush as it was going dark used to be a Capo in the old times  and employees were let go he changed his last name from Van Graff to Walker trying to leave his past behind. Though the itch of making caps and having the best dang energy weapons was always his number  one love being a tech head and loving the burn of getting hit with a laser he just couldnt get enough. Walking through the wasteland he starts grabbing scrapped laser tech where he can find it and fixes them up to turn into caps trying to chase the old feeling. Getting back into his old ways he opens his own tiny shop in the mohave to try to establish his name and be a weapons dealer once more but unfortunaly he established it in a bad part of the area and his store sadly got hit with a fat man and exploded leaving him with nothing. Wandering around the wasteland i found some people sporting some new tech and laser weapons looking pretty spiffy with suits and PA and saw the emblem of the golden lion and knew that they were the Van Graffs. Recognizing them i told them about what happend with the silver rush and how i was let go and never relocated to a new location and showed them the lion branding on my upper bisep. Once they saw the branding of the lion they knew i wasnt lieing and took me to there boss which gladly welcomed me back into the Van Graffs tho i need to work back to my position that i was in.

Background
How did you end up hired by the Van Graffs: Cassidy Vance was a regular young woman who lived in freeside making makeshift weapons, as she gained more knowledge with disassembling and reassembling weaponry, she kept scouring the wastes for more guns that were tossed or no longer used, this increased her experience with gunmaking, she then figured out how to smith guns from basica materials (E.G. wood, plastic, adhesive, etc.) this made her into a valuable asset for the Van Graffs with how much she knew about gunsmithing, making her skilled in the field.
