Terms of Service (ToS) – Donation Store

Definitions

"The Service", "The Panel", "This Panel" – Refers to this donation platform on this specific domain and may not be confused as something else.

"The Community", "Us", "We", "Our" – Refers to Project Phoenix, its owners, administrators, and representatives.

"You", "Donor", "Player" – Refers to the individual making a donation through the service.

All contributions made through this panel are classed as donations to support the running and development of the community servers.

You are not purchasing a product or service.
Any in-game benefits, ranks, or items received are thank-you perks for your support, and not guaranteed goods or services.
These perks may change, be altered, or be removed at any time at the discretion of the community management.

By donating, you acknowledge and accept the following:

EU/UK Refund Rights – If you reside in the EU or UK, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of your donation. Contact the community owners or management first else the refund will be classed as a chargeback.
Community Discretion – Outside of the UK/EU, refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in cases of error or accepted by the community owners or management.
Refund Requests – If you wish to request a refund, you must contact the community owners or management team directly. Filing a dispute or chargeback without first speaking to the community owners or management will be treated as a chargeback and may result in removal from the community.
Chargebacks – Attempting to charge back or dispute a donation without following our refund process may result in removal from the community and permanent bans from our servers.
Removal from Community – Being temporarily suspended, permanently banned, or otherwise removed from the community as a result of violating our Terms of Service, Community Rules, or other applicable policies does not entitle the user to a refund for purchases that have already been delivered or made available.

Any refund eligibility may be voided following such disciplinary action, except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required under applicable consumer law, including mandatory UK or EU consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Any mistakes when purchasing (Wrong SteamID, Wrong package) must be corrected via the ticket system.
Donation perks may depend on your continued compliance with community/server rules. Rule violations may lead to removal of perks without refund.
The Service may experience downtime, resets, or updates. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability is made.

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. By donating, you agree to the latest version available at the time of your donation.
